mixed use rental/retail development

We worked closely with the Owner for over a year bringing the conceptualization through multiple stages of design. The existing property was home to a "big box" store which was vacant for many years. The Owner of the property wanted to revitalize a slowly declining retail area. The high profile area served by two major thoroughfares was a perfect setting for a revitalized retail/dining area and luxury apartment living.
